All our food is homemade and freshly prepared by our in house chef’s and made from the finest local ingredients. Dining at The Lounge with it’s extensive wine list makes for a memorable occasion. Serving a menu of Meze style dishes and sides, including grill section, platters to share, hot sandwiches, cakes, and scones. Party Packages are also available for larger groups, ensuring that The Lounge is the perfect place for relaxing with friends any time of the day. Whether for morning coffee reading the paper, lunch with friends, afternoon tea or early evening dinner The Lounge has something for everyone. The selection of hot drinks are supplied by Farrers of Kendal, renowned for their quality and integrity in both regular and decaffinated varieties. Our vibrant bar serves a selection of premium spirits, beers, wines and ciders including locally brewed ales. There is also free Wi-Fi available in the bar area.

The cost of serving a bottle of wine is simular, be it our house wine or a vintage champagne. We price our wines with a standard mark up – to simplify “the better quality the wine, the better the reward, so why not treat yourself!”

High Tea at the Lounge - £8 for one only £12 for two. With a choice of either Smoked Salmon, Pork and Apricot Terrine or Goats Cheese Crostini Meze, Traybake, scones and of course Tea or Coffee, or why not upgrade to the more luxurious options of champagne and cocktails.
